Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a male and a female residence hall advisor for the 2023-2024 school year. We are looking for individuals with a global perspective who enjoys working with high school students and is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.
