DESCRIPTION:A Thanksgiving gathering in the Landisville-Manor District\nOn November 24\, four churches in the Landisville-Manor District of Lancaster Mennonite Conference will be hosting a gathering of worship and gratitude for anyone interested in pausing in this thanksgiving season. The night will be focused on a theme of contentment and commitment. We will gather around tables for refreshments\, worship\, prayer\, reflection and celebrating the Lord’s Table. \nYou are invited to join us for our Gathering of Worship and Gratitude at 7:00 P.M. on November 24\, 2019.  This meaningful night is a thanksgiving gathering hosted by the collaboration of four Landisville-Manor District Churches of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference. We hope you will join us for this Friendsgiving night of reflection and refreshment\, focusing on the themes of contentment and commitment. \nThis event is in its inaugural year and results from the equal collaboration of Millersville Mennonite Church\, Marietta Community Chapel\, Mountville Mennonite Church\, and East Petersburg Mennonite Church. Our event of worship\, reflection\, prayer\, and communion will take place around round tables in the Fellowship Hall at East Petersburg Mennonite Church. Worship will be led by a team that is made up of members from each church\, with the pastoral leaders in each church community also playing a part throughout the night. \nWe hope you will pause to gather with us in this busy season\, to reflect on contentment and commitment\, at 7:00 P.M. on November 24\, at East Petersburg Mennonite Church. SUMMARY:East Petersburg Mennonite Church 4th Annual Community Fall Bonfire and Block Party
DESCRIPTION:This annual event open for everyone and features a free bounce house\, barrel train\, candy\, baked goodies\, hot drinks\, roaring fire pits and lots more. \nLocal residents are invited to stop by\, hang out\, and warm up by the fire pits. Guests are encouraged to either drop-in-and-drop-out as they trick-or-treat\, or stay for the whole time together.  This Fall Bonfire and Block Party takes place in the parking lot of East Petersburg Mennonite Church. \nMore information can be obtained through their website www.eastpetemc.org.
