The Board of Directors of ReUzit on State, a Thrift Shop in Ephrata, PA which is part of MCC’s Thrift Network, is seeking applicants for the role of Executive Director. The Executive Director oversees, manages, and grows the ReUzit on State Thrift Store, a nonprofit business, using best retail, thrift, and organisational development practices and guided by oversight of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director leads a management team, staff, and volunteers to achieve the healthy long-term viability of the store in order to support the mission of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) to serve those in need both locally and around the world.
