Lancaster Mennonite has a full-time Elementary Spanish Immersion Teacher position open for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for an experienced, fluently bilingual Spanish and English-speaking elementary educator who has experience teaching elementary students and is culturally competent to instruct students of diverse backgrounds using the Spanish language. The candidate will be committed to living out the Christian faith from an Anabaptist perspective. The teacher will collaborate with the Spanish Immersion teaching team to provide differentiated instruction, write and revise the Spanish Immersion curriculum, and help students develop second language proficiency. Candidates will be skilled in written and oral communication in Spanish and English and will teach Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Math in the Spanish Language, as well as Bible in the English language.
