    Maintenance Assistant (full-time): The Maintenance Assistant is part of a Maintenance team at MCC Akron Office and Welcoming Place, with primary responsibility for planning and executing construction projects, keeping the department equipment and supplies inventory, and handling daily office maintenance needs.     Receptionist (three days/week): MCC’s Akron Receptionist is the first contact people for many, either on the phone or in person, when they call or visit MCC. By directing calls and helping visitors during office hours, the receptionist provides an essential link for those contacting MCC. As such, this person will become very knowledgeable about MCC’s programs and goals. This Akron, PA-based position is 3 days/week: Mondays, Thursdays, and third day flexible. Joy Description:

  • Director of Advancement

    Landis Communities logoLandis Communities is seeking someone for this full time role. The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
    Prior experience in related field required.
    Prior supervisory experience required.
    Good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills required.
    Knowledgeable of deferred giving options.
    Directs the overall Advancement program. Meets regularly with all team members to monitor and advance their work to achieve individual and collective goals.
    This person develops, administers, and directs approved fundraising initiatives that support the Advancement goal to increase controllable income as defined in department goals.
    Oversees major gifts program. Cultivates and secures major gifts.
    Develops and implements donor cultivation strategies for increased giving.
    Develops and maintains personal relationships with constituents and encourages financial support of Landis Homes/Landis Communities programs.



  • Administrative Assistant

    The LMC office is accepting applications for a part-time administrative assistant whose primary role will be event planning. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus with a desire to serve His Church and advance His mission in the world. This person will be able to work as part of the LMC staff team. They will have strong organizational skills, being able to relate to and communicate with people from different cultures. The ideal candidate will be strong in following through with tasks and responding promptly to emails. A minimum of a high school education is required. Approximate start date is February 1, 2023.

  • Spiritual Family & Discipleship Director

    Community Mennonite Fellowship, a contemporary congregation of about 250 in Milton, PA is seeking a part-time Spiritual Family & Discipleship Director to help primarily ages 25-40 grow in faith and establish meaningful relationships with each other and Christ.

    This 25-30 hour per week position works to create, develop, maintain, and enhance relationships, programming, and services for individuals ages 25 and older.  This includes existing program such as adult Sunday School, small groups, ministries to Men, Women, Families, and Married.  Specific attention would be given to the 25=40 age range group.  This position also oversees the integration and discipleship process for new attendees.  The goal of this position is to help individuals feel connected to CMF establish meaningful relationships with each other and Christ, and grow in their faith.
