We are looking for individuals with a global perspective who enjoys working with high school students and is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a Drama Director for the 2023-2024 school year. The Drama Director will oversee all aspects of staging the play or musical maintaining the integrity of the script while overseeing, incorporating and assembling all creative elements including (but not limited to) blocking, choreography, music, lighting, scenery, sound, costumes, props, and artwork. The final product that the audience sees on the stage is the result of the director’s vision and work.

MCC’s relief ministries include a mobile meat canner which travels yearly to over 30 locations across the U.S. and Canada to preserve donated meat. This meat is then shared with communities in need across the globe. A team of four Canner Operators travel to all sites for a two-year service term. Canners are responsible for all aspects of the project including: operating steam and pressure vessels, coordinating volunteers, maintaining and communicating USDA regulations, and the maintenance of all machinery in the canning process. Community Mennonite Fellowship, a contemporary congregation of about 250 in Milton, PA is seeking a part-time Spiritual Family & Discipleship Director to help primarily ages 25-40 grow in faith and establish meaningful relationships with each other and Christ.
This 25-30 hour per week position works to create, develop, maintain, and enhance relationships, programming, and services for individuals ages 25 and older. This includes existing program such as adult Sunday School, small groups, ministries to Men, Women, Families, and Married. Specific attention would be given to the 25=40 age range group. This position also oversees the integration and discipleship process for new attendees. The goal of this position is to help individuals feel connected to CMF establish meaningful relationships with each other and Christ, and grow in their faith.
