Payment amount is due upon time of registration unless you choose to be invoiced.
Invoices are due to be paid within 30 days.
We will do our best to grant any special housing requests as long as rooms are available. More information will be sent later.
If rooms are full, registrants will be put on a waiting list and given a full refund if a room does not come available.
Substitutions for registered attendees are allowed by emailing assembly@lmcchurches.org
Cancellations may be requested by emailing assembly@lmcchurches.org for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee up until May 15th.
Cancellations requested by emailing assembly@lmcchurches.org after May 15th are eligible for a 50%
There is no refund for no-shows.
A refund may be considered for extenuating circumstances by emailing assembly@lmcchurches.org.
LMC will issue tax receipts for one or more donations toward travel costs and/or youth sponsorships.
