The Mennonite Children’s Choir of Lancaster seeks part-time development coordinator. The development coordinator works closely with the Managing Directors and plays a key role in fostering donor engagement, cultivating community partnerships through business sponsorships and the Sustained Notes giving initiative, and guiding the choir’s two annual fundraisers. The ideal candidate will bring experience in development and fundraising, a deep passion for supporting children and youth, and a strong understanding of nonprofit arts organizations. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping sustain and grow the choir’s mission. Applicants should support the mission of MCCL and embrace Anabaptist Christian values.
