Willow Street Mennonite Church is looking for a Director of Worship Ministries. This position is for 25-40 hours a week, /depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, fit, and availability for the role. It will be a three-year initial term with subsequent reappointments subject to favorable review, as determined by the Church Board. The Director of Worship Ministries is responsible to the Lead Pastor.

• They come with training and several years of experience in worship ministry, and demonstrate effectiveness at leading meaningful congregational worship.
• They bring a strong musical foundation, with good vocal ability as well as proficiency in playing guitar and/or keyboard.
• They have gifts in administration, communication, organization, and interpersonal relationships.
• They are team players with a positive attitude, and are committed to WSMC’s purpose and values.
