Lancaster Mennonite School is hiring a full-time Elementary Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. A degree in Elementary Education is required. We are looking for a dynamic teacher passionate about discipleship through education and committed to living out faith from an Anabaptist perspective. Our faculty create teaching and learning environments that encourage and promote creativity, inquiry, and collaboration, and are culturally competent to teach within a diverse student body. Subjects taught include English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Bible. This position is eligible for benefits and the employee child tuition discount.
