(Part Time, 2026-27 School Year) – Lancaster Mennonite has an opening for a part-time Elementary Aide position for the 2026-27 school year. The candidate will assist elementary children with their daily routines and support teachers in creating an interactive, rigorous learning environment in both the classroom and on the playground. We are looking for a flexible, experienced candidate who is passionate about discipleship through education and can create a safe and well-managed environment. Candidates should be culturally competent to work within a diverse student body and committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective. The candidate should be able to lead small and large group activities with elementary-aged students. This position is 3 days per week, school-year only. This position is eligible for benefits and the employee child tuition discount.
