OCCCDA Executive Director

Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association (OCCCDA), Philadelphia, PA, is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization serving one of Philadelphia’s most diverse neighborhoods through holistic community development and compassionate outreach. Founded in 2006 by Oxford Circle Mennonite Church, OCCCDA exists to extend healing and hope in the Oxford Circle community by serving children, families, and neighbors on spiritual, physical, social, and economic levels. OCCCDA’s programs include after-school and summer programs for children, family resource services, adult education, early childhood literacy initiatives, and community outreach efforts that strengthen and support the neighborhood.

Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association is seeking a collaborative, visionary, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization into its next season of stability, growth, and community impact. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, church partners, donors, and community stakeholders to advance OCCCDA’s mission, strengthen organizational sustainability, and foster a healthy, faith-centered organizational culture. This is a unique opportunity for a servant leader who is passionate about Christian community development, relationship-building, and creating lasting impact within a diverse urban neighborhood.

Executive Director Position Qualifications:
• Mature and active Christian faith with active involvement in a local congregation
• Commitment to the mission of OCCCDA and faith-based community development
• Minimum of five (5) years of nonprofit, ministry, or organizational leadership experience, including supervisory and financial management responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor development, and community partnership building
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing budgets, grants, and multi-program operations
• Ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse community
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
