Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking multiple Residence Hall Advisors for the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking individuals with a global perspective who enjoy working with high school students and are responsible for supervising and leading the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.
