Endowment Fund Application – Pastoral Health and Wellness Grant

Ministry Grants: discipleship, church multiplication resourcing and missional projects (mobilization), intercultural competency. Pastoral Health and Wellness Grants: counseling, marriage and family enrichment.

Applications will be reviewed and grants awarded by the LMC Grant Committee. Applications should be submitted to the LMC Office by May 15. Please complete all information requested or indicate “none” or “not applicable” if that applies to your situation. All information submitted in the application form is confidential and reviewed only by the LMC Grant Committee.

Please provide recommendation letters from a pastor or bishop/overseer, AND from the congregational board chair, elder team, or other appropriate governing body. INSTRUCTIONS: Please have the recommendation letters sent via email to Mindi Hoover (mhoover@lmcchurches.org). It is important that one letter convey how your congregation will support you in this endeavor. WITHOUT THE RECOMMENDATION LETTERS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE!
