Landis Communities and Friends Life Care have collaborated to offer flexible and comprehensive long-term care plans, including expert care coordination and home care services, to those who plan to age in place in Lancaster and Lebanon County, PA. A Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) membership is a unique approach to aging in place that gives you the peace of mind in knowing where care will come from, how it will be arranged, and how it will be paid for if and when your health changes.
