Are you a new pastor or ministry leader within LMC? Perhaps you have been credentialed for a number of years and would like to attend as a refresher. You are invited! 
Any credentialed leader who has not been to an orientation is strongly encouraged to attend.
We invite you, your spouse, and your bishop to participate in our annual orientation for newly (or recently) credentialed leaders. Conference office staff offer this orientation to help pastors and other credentialed leaders become more fully connected to our shared life in Christ. We hope the orientation will encourage you as a leader in ministry and help you better understand LMC and our shared vision and mission.

¿Es usted un nuevo pastor o líder de ministerio dentro de LMC? Tal vez haya estado acreditado durante varios años y le gustaría asistir para refrescarse. ¡Estas invitado!
Se recomienda enfáticamente que asista cualquier líder acreditado que no haya asistido a una orientación.
Lo invitamos a usted, a su cónyuge y al obispo a participar en nuestra orientación anual para líderes nuevos (o recientemente) acreditados. El personal de la oficina de la conferencia ofrece esta orientación para ayudar a los pastores y otros líderes acreditados a conectarse más plenamente con nuestra vida compartida en Cristo. Esperamos que la orientación lo anime como líder en el ministerio y lo ayude a comprender mejor a LMC y nuestra visión compartida.
