While the radio plays, It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, church staff members are humming the tune of “It’s the Most Busiest Time of the Year.”  Before the holidays, gather with other church staff members for hot chocolate and cookies and learn ways to personally pursue a more sustainable rhythm through the season.  Christmas-time may be a time of hustle and bustle, but you can still experience rest and renewal by being intentional before the season begins.

This roundtable is ideal for all part-time or full-time church staff members.  Consider attending as a whole church staff in order to create healthy rhythms personally and in the office.

Heather is passionate about helping churches make disciples and love their community. Heather also serves as a licensed pastor of Branch & Vine, a new church in Lancaster City. She holds an MA in Ministerial Leadership from Wesley Seminary. Heather knows firsthand the stresses and joys of ministry, and desires to help staff and volunteer leaders grow spiritually and thrive in their ministry settings.
