COVID-19 Testing for Employees

Testing will only be ordered for individuals exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, which include: fever, cough or shortness of breath.

• If mild symptoms, stay home and take our Online Assessment Tool to see if you meet the criteria for testing.
• A doctor’s order is required for testing and can be obtained by calling our free WellSpan Coronavirus Information Hotline: 855-851-3641.

When visiting a WellSpan facility we ask that you wear a mask or a cloth face covering. We ask that you bring your own mask so that we can maintain a proper supply for our healthcare workers.
