    Lancaster Mennonite has a full-time Administrative Assistant position open starting early summer 2026, with flexible summer hours and full-time hours beginning in August. The Administrative Assistant’s primary areas of responsibility include administrative support and reception, supporting elementary building and program operations, managing student and personnel information, and overseeing day-to-day communications. They will collaborate closely with the elementary principal, faculty and staff, and elementary parents and students.     • Commitment to the Anabaptist faith and peace position and active in an Anabaptist church, required

    Child Care Assistant

    Help to maintain a safe and fun environment for preschool children while their parents participate in our programs. Duties include setting up/cleaning up the play area, playing with the children, maintaining a clean environment, and monitoring the children to ensure that they play and interact with one another in a safe and appropriate manner at the NEIGHBORS Community Center.
