Landis Communities is excited to announce a night with noted Anabaptist Theologian Palmer Becker. Palmer has served the church as a pastor, church planter, missionary, conference executive, author and educator. Born on a farm in South Dakota he is a graduate of Goshen College, Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, Regent College, and Fuller Theological Seminary. He has served as pastor in both Canada and the
United States for twenty-five years and most recently as director of the Hesston College pastoral ministries program. His books “What is an Anabaptist Christian?” and “Anabaptist Essentials, Ten Signs of a Unique Christian Faith,” have been translated into numerous languages and have led to various overseas teaching tours. Palmer and his wife, , live in Kitchener, Ontario, and are members of Waterloo North Mennonite Church. They have four grown children.
The event will take place Monday, May 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the High Foundation Auditorium located on the campus of Landis Homes, 1001 East Oregon Road, Lititz, PA 17543. The event is open to the public.
