Are you a new pastor or ministry leader within LMC? Perhaps you have been credentialed for a number of years and would like to attend as a refresher. If so, you are invited!

We invite you, your spouse, and bishop to participate in our annual orientation for newly (or recently) credentialed leaders on Wednesday April 15, 2020 at 7:00 PM. 

Conference office staff offer this orientation to help pastors and other credentialed leaders become more fully connected to our shared life in Christ. We hope the orientation will encourage you as a leader in ministry and help you better understand LMC and our shared vision

Bishops, Conference staff, and other leaders will review several main topics:

• Who we are as a conference (history, core values, vision and current priorities)
• Where we are going as a Conference with an updated Mission for 2020 and beyond.
• How we are organized (congregations, districts, conference office, resource partner organizations).
• Resources to encourage and support leaders and congregations (including the Congregational Resource Center, Leadership Assistance Program, STEP).
