Parish Resource Center Ministry Security Regional Training Course

Led by Robert Johnson, Director of Safety and Security for Christ’s Church of the Valley and Jerry McConnell, Director of Ministry Outreach for the Center for Personal Protection and Safety.

Offered in partnership with Church Insurance Specialists, Inc. and the Center for Personal Protection and Safety, a leading organization training nonprofits and churches on personal safety.

A one-day seminar for churches who are thinking about the safety of their building and congregants. This will encourage churches to think through their legal responsibility and to form safety teams at their church.

What You’ll Learn

  • Strategies for handling a difficult person in a public environment
  • How to protect your children, protect your worship, and protect your ministries
  • Keys to recognizing signs of a potential crisis before it occurs
  • How to develop a safety and security plan for your church, ministry, or faith-based organization
