2). The ILM Library. The ILM Library is open when LMC offices at Hub450, 450 North Prince Street, Lancaster, PA, are open. The library provides materials on intercultural competency, and oppression, as well as human relationships and Church-related topics that address both. Leaders are invited to visit the library, to take and keep items that are ‘free to leaders’. If you see something on the Reference shelves that is not on the circulating shelves, please leave a note for the ILM, along with your name and contact information.

3). Pursue justice through helping LMC to dismantle racism within its structures; equipping leaders to become interculturally competent; promoting available resources and tools to equip all followers of Jesus in LMC to increasingly become interculturally competent.
