The LMC Grants Committee awarded $14,000 to 23 applicants in August. Four grants are administered annually in August by this committee: Leadership Education Grant, STEP Study Award, Urban Education Grant, Women’s Education Grant. Thirteen of the awards went to STEP students. Each of these grants makes awards once a year except for the Leadership Education Grant, which also has a winter cycle with applications due January 31 and awards made in February.
